Can photos help the first discussion?
Roof photographs and the property location can start the discussion. They do not replace the site-specific checks needed before finalising the system layout.
Does shade affect every roof equally?
No. Obstruction height, position and the relevant times of day can change the effect. The proposal should use the actual site conditions rather than a generic shade assumption.
Is generation guaranteed after a review?
No generation outcome is guaranteed by an enquiry or preliminary review. Any estimate needs its own project assumptions and agreed scope.
What should the complete proposal include?
Request named equipment, capacity assumptions and the physical installation work. Mounting, wiring, site tasks, responsibilities, approvals context, warranty documents and exclusions should be clear in the proposal.
Can we discuss the property before choosing equipment?
Yes. Start with roof photographs, nearby obstructions and available area, recent electricity information and relevant site photographs. Equipment should be considered within the property-specific project rather than chosen before the requirement is understood.
